HEALING WITH SPIRIT HORSES

In desperate need of some stress reduction in my life, my friend Roberta Crossguns invited me to a therapeutic session with my favorite horse Ranger at Spirit Horses of Montana. 
Roberta commented that Ranger seemed agitated. In my experience, the horse only reflects my own fears so I admitted to Roberta that I was concerned that  Ranger would step on me.
Sure enough a few minutes later, I manifested that reality. Another horse pushed Ranger and Ranger stepped on my left foot.  Ranger immediately lowered his head and nuzzled my feet as I removed my boot in order to assess the damage. The pain was intense.    As I was sitting on the ground my attention was drawn to a horse standing above me.  A ray of light projected out of Bella's neck as colored orbs appeared all around us.  The light beam remained in the same place across Bella's neck even though the horse moved around. Roberta tells me that "Bella is a wonderful horse, pure Arabian, the foundation of nearly every breed in the world; desert bred; tough yet full of light and lightness."

Memories of the of the numerous times that my left foot had been injured flashed before my eyes.  I followed the time line back through a crushing left foot injury which had been inflicted by a motorized wheel chair at Leon Secatero's wake in New Mexico.  
Next I remembered a second motorized wheel chair crushing my left foot at work. Then the memory of a table being dropped on my left foot while preparing for a banquet...then a fracture of my left foot and ankle in childhood.

Re-capitulating each event in the presence of the horse's healing light and energy facilitated a deep healing of the multiple wounds that had preceded this one.  The horses surrounded me as I retrieved all the residual energy left behind at each of these events and focused it into my left foot.
Amazing experience. Horses really do facilitate and do much of the work of healing deep core wounds.
